April 15, 2025 – To mark International Biomedical Laboratory Science Day, SPAROS proudly announces the launch of the Zebrafeed Webshop – a new online platform providing researchers worldwide with direct access to Zebrafeed, a premium zebrafish diet designed to meet the high standards of modern biomedical research.

Zebrafeed is a nutritionally balanced, lifecycle-covering diet developed specifically for zebrafish, supporting their development from larvae to adult breeders. Engineered with a strong focus on nutritional standardisation and constancy, Zebrafeed helps minimize variability in experimental results, supporting the reproducibility of research across laboratories globally.

Produced through low-shear extrusion at low temperatures, Zebrafeed micropellets preserve heat-sensitive nutrients, maintain water quality, and are compatible with automated feeding systems – ensuring consistent nutrition, optimal welfare, and precision in research settings.
