SPAROS processes the personal data according to the current Portuguese and EU (GDPR EU 2016/679) legislation, implementing the necessary actions to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data, and to avoid it loss, inadequate use, modification, and/or unauthorized access.
The personal data collected are not provided to third-party entities or used for any other purposes beyond that necessary to fulfil contract terms and legal obligations, to communicate with and notify the owner of the personal data, to process the personal data, or for any other consented purpose strictly defined when the personal data were collected.
