SPAROS in the spotlight at ZDM12

Sparos participated in the 12th Zebrafish Disease Models, primarily aimed to inform researchers within the zebrafish community that ZEBRAFEED – a standard diet for zebrafish – is now available within the US.

Sparos participated in the 12^th Zebrafish Disease Models, held in Boston (USA) from July 15^th to 18^th, 2019.

This participation primarily aimed to inform researchers within the zebrafish community that ZEBRAFEED – a standard diet for zebrafish – is now available within the US. For this purpose, zebrafish researchers in the US may now benefit from a standard, nutritionally balanced, microdiet for all life stages of zebrafish.

SPAROS also intended to raise awareness within the biomedical community about its strong expertise on the formulation and production of customised diets for zebrafish. These customised diets, which can be built according to any nutritional specifications, may be valuable tools to deepen the knowledge about certain diseases focused by the biomedical community.
