SPAROS contest for students

conducting research on aquaculture nutrition

SPAROS is launching a prize for students that are conducting their research on aquaculture nutrition for fostering the use of nutritional-based mathematical simulation on their work. The prize includes free access to the FEEDNETICSTM web app, individual academic license, for a period of 6 months, for the 3 best applications of the 1st stage. The application with the highest score will earn the right to present orally its FEEDNETICSTM -based work at Aquaculture Europe 2021 (October 4-7, Funchal, Madeira Island), with a SPAROS grant entitling to a flight ticket, hotel stay and conference registration fee. FEEDNETICSTM is SPAROS nutritional-based model, commercially available as a webapp developed in partnership with MAS consulting and UTAD, as part of project E!12516 – FEEDNETICS 4.0_40813, supported by EUROSTARS-2 programme, and by Portugal and the European Union through FEDER/ERDF, CRESC Algarve 2020 and NORTE 2020, in the framework of Portugal 2020.
