The SHELLWIN project aims at contributing to the diversification of European aquaculture industry by increasing knowledge in the nutritional requirements of European lobster and purple sea urchin at their early life-stages. To this end, the SHELLWIN project will develop high-performance microdiets able to sustain growth and development of European lobster and purple sea urchin larvae and post-larvae.
