Yesterday, Nov 24th, was ππ¨π«π₯π πππ’ππ§ππ πππ²βa moment to reflect on the vital role science plays in shaping a sustainable future. At SPAROS, our story has always been intertwined with science.
We started as a start-up from Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR) of the University of Algarve, driven by a passion for advancing Aquaculture Nutrition through solid research. From those early days, our journey has been grounded in a deep connection with academia, collaborating closely with universities and research institutes. This commitment ensures our innovations in fish nutrition are not just effective, but also scientifically sound and impactful.
Together with our sister company, Riasearch, we combine strong scientific backgrounds and industrial experience to provide innovative solutions in aquaculture nutrition, health, and immunity.
Today, we continue to engage in co-funded projects, support research through grants, and run internal initiatives that help us refine our feeds and services. Our focus remains clear: leveraging science to create practical, effective, and environmentally responsible nutrition solutions for aquaculture.
